The Challenge

Rise Gardens has established branding that sets it apart from its competitors, but it needed some help conveying its premium quality and identity on Amazon.

Adding your content to Amazon isn’t just a “copy and paste” from your website listings; there are strict compliance standards, and navigating all the nuances can be tricky. Rise Gardens was looking to grow their brand on Amazon and increase sales by conveying who they are and highlighting the quality of their products. It can be a challenge to create compelling content that is not only on brand but also speaks directly to the consumer in a way that will convert sales.

They also needed help scaling this to nearly 100 products in their portfolio. Creating both on-brand and compliant content in-house can be a difficult task for many brands if the volume of products is high.

Research + Development
  • Researched the competitive landscape on Amazon and across eCommerce retailers to see what other respected brands in the hydroponic gardening space were doing with their content
  • Developed a creative deck that served as a platform for our ideas and content. This collaborative approach ensured that the client’s vision was respected and that we could effectively scale their content across their portfolio
Creation + Implementation
  • Applied the brand voice to their Amazon content when developing copy and image content
  • Utilized stock imagery and brand assets to create on-brand and consumer-facing marketing tiles
  • Developed SEO-driven eCommerce copy that not only told the story of each product but also met requirements for Amazon

Our Solution

The Copy
The Rise Gardens team provided Hinge Commerce access to all their assets, including their current Amazon content, original D2C website listing copy, branding information, and additional notes. We used this information to craft unique listings for their catalog tailored to Amazon’s strict compliance standards while maintaining a true representation of who they are. These listings include important features and benefits, explanations of their quality, the brand story, and search-driven keywords to increase online exposure and help improve product sales.

The Data

Based on Rise Gardens Rosemary Seed Pods product, keywords were being utilized well, but there was still an opportunity to make the content more keyword-rich. While their original PDP supported the baseline of our keyword recommendations, many competitors seamlessly utilized more keywords. This proved the vast potential for the category as a whole. Optimizing copy on the front and back end offered improved visibility and allowed the company to link its products with potential customers.

The Marketing Tiles

Rise Gardens has an established, elevated, modern, and professional brand look. We wanted to bring this look and feel to their marketing tiles. By incorporating their fonts, colors, and imagery, we were able to properly tell the brand’s story in a clean but informative way on Amazon.
