Dean Seifert
CEO

Dean Seifert oversees operations including creative, product, and technology teams. Dean brings more than 25 years of global business leadership experience in both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Amazon. As a Director and General Manager, Dean was instrumental in growing the Amazon Gift Card program, launching several new products and expanding the offering throughout Europe and Asia. He also led Amazon’s Dash Replenishment Program within the Alexa Organization.

Michelle Sickle oversees the Account Management, Advertising, and Operations teams and is responsible for our overall client success. She brings 20+ years experience in retail with roles in buying, merchandising, product development, and vendor management. She comes with a wealth of experience from retail and e-commerce. Before her time at HINGE COMMERCE, she worked for Amazon, Lands’ End, Old Navy, and The Gap. Michelle is passionate about the retail industry and leads brands by having a dedication to the customer, reacting quickly to ever-changing trends, while staying focused on driving sales and impacting the bottom line.
Andrea Gillespie
Creative Director

Andrea Gillespie is a seasoned Creative Director at Hinge Commerce with an impressive 15 years of design experience, specializing in eCommerce for the past 6 years. With a background in leadership, Andrea has a passion for leading and inspiring people. She brings her expertise and enthusiasm to creating thoughtful and engaging creative experiences on eCommerce platforms. Heading a creative team with a cumulative experience of over 75 years, Andrea fosters a collaborative and innovative environment. Beyond her professional life, Andrea adores spending time with her pups and her kids.

William J. Hardy

Director of Advertising & Marketing

William J. Hardy is responsible for leading the Advertising and Marketing teams. He brings over 10+ years’ of experience in commerce at the retailer, brand, and agency side. He has built a diverse experience set with roles in (but not limited to) eCommerce, sales, marketing, and supply chain. Before his time at Hinge Commerce

William worked for General Mills, Omnicom Media Group, Stackline, and Best Buy. William knows that one size does not fit all and takes an individualized approach to develop and deliver comprehensive eCommerce strategies across multiple platforms, retailers, and verticals.

Director of Account Management

Alexa Borden leads our Account Management Team. She comes from 8 years of experience building and executing tailored strategies for brands across ecommerce. Before HINGE COMMERCE, Alexa was at a large 3rd Party seller where she helped develop the framework for the service offering for their top tier brands. Alexa is passionate about our clients and building relationships with them to drive growth in creative ways.
Stefano Todaro
Copy Manager
Stefano brings over 6 years of extensive eCommerce knowledge and experience across multiple verticals in the CPG space. In addition to his eCommerce skillset, he has a background in writing for blogs, websites, and social media. He is responsible for Hinge Commerce’s team of copywriters that focuses on creating impactful PDP copy meant to improve product visibility and conversions for our clients. Stefano is passionate about keeping up with the latest technology, trends, and developing his team to deliver the best copy content for our clients.

Jamie Nissen

Manager of Account Operations
Jamie Nissen is the Manager of the Account Operations team, with over 9 years of experience in eCommerce. Since joining Hinge Commerce four years ago, she has spearheaded the expansion of Amazon reimbursement and revenue recovery services, returning significant amounts in lost Amazon revenue for our clients. Prior to Hinge Commerce, Jamie managed a warehouse involved in Amazon pilot programs, facilitating the first execution of FBA Onsite Lightning Deal on Prime Day. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and being a mom to her daughter, Hayley, as well as a pet parent to Bacon and Pookah.

Head of Business Development

Jon Feuchter is the dynamic Head of Business Development at Hinge Commerce, entrusted with leading our client consultant team. With over 7 years of experience in eCommerce, Jon specializes in identifying effective solutions to address the challenges faced by sellers in the digital landscape. His expertise lies in driving efficiency and optimizing omnichannel presence, particularly through the optimization and syndication of digital content. Jon’s passion for assisting brands in expanding their service offerings and revenue opportunities sets him apart. Not only does he excel at scaling creative services to meet retailer requirements and best practices, but he also has an undeniable love for dogs!

Digital Shelf Director

Jill Cappaert has over 20 years of experience in eCommerce and is seasoned in content strategy and organic search efforts. She has 8 years of experience at Amazon, where she led the copy content team. After expanding her e-commerce expertise, she now leads the project management team and A/B testing efforts to drive success for all clients continuously. Her knowledge and leadership span multiple channels, including social media,
blogs, and various e-commerce platforms.
