Since joining our roster of clients, BioSteel Sports has been growing its sales in both the US and Canada, with a +68% growth in sales since joining HINGE vs. the same time period a year ago.  Importantly, the brand has been steadily increasing its share of the Hydration Sports Drink Mix segment on Amazon, despite steep competition.

The strategies from our various teams has helped boost sales for BioSteel Sports spans several areas:

  1. Paid Advertising:  
    The PPC experts on our team manages paid advertising for BioSteel Sports, optimizing their account so they saw a +34% improvement in conversion rate.  Our PPC experts were also able to hold the %Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) flat versus year-ago, despite rising advertising costs. The team also launched Amazon DSP in both the US and Canada, driving a +27% increase in new-to-brand purchases.

  1. Digital Content:  
    With the aid of our copywriters and designers, our teams also helped optimize digital content for their catalog in both the US and Canada—improving product titles, product images, enhanced brand content (A+ content), and copywriting.  These changes are helping to improve organic search rankings and conversion.

  1. Operations:
    Our operations team helped close and resolve 45 support cases with Amazon, and even got back some reimbursements.

  1. Promotions – Black Friday / Cyber Monday:
    BioSteel Sports almost doubled their Turkey 5 dollar sales (+96%) versus prior year, increasing conversion rate by +86%, and even boosting the return on advertising spending by +5%, despite increasing advertising costs.
