Our expert team was honored as a Top 10 Finalist at the 2024 ENDCAPS Grocery Summit! This recognition celebrates the outstanding Amazon and Walmart PDP work our teams accomplished for The Hain Celestial Group’s Garden Veggie Snacks and Bimbo Bakeries’ Thomas’ English Muffins.

What are the ENDCAPS?

The ENDCAPS Digital Merchandising Awards of Distinction is an independent and unbiased program that recognizes best-in-class eCommerce content. These awards aim to elevate eCommerce industry standards by celebrating excellence and sharing the latest best practices to inspire brands everywhere. ENDCAPS has different awards categories covered throughout the year, with Grocery being the first. Healthcare, Household, Beauty, Pet Care, and Beverage/Alcohol will follow throughout 2025.

The Grocery category highlighted U.S. brands with outstanding Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across Amazon, Walmart, and Target in eight key grocery sub-categories, including:

  • Baby Nutrition
  • Beverages (Non-Alc)
  • Cereal & Bars
  • Condiments & Spreads
  • Rice, Pasta & Sauces
  • Salty Snacks
  • Sweet Snacks
  • “Wild Card”

A panel chooses finalists and “best-in-class” winners. The judges are looking for content completeness, shopper-centricity, mobile readiness, SEO optimization, social activity, and incremental growth per retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Target). The “Wild Card” category allowed for products outside the primary sub-categories to be included.

How We Delivered Excellence for Garden Veggie Snacks and Thomas

At Hinge Commerce, we pride ourselves on developing high-impact eCommerce content that drives both visibility and conversions. For these award-nominated projects, we took a strategic approach to elevate the Product Detail Pages.

Garden Veggie Snacks (The Hain Celestial Group)

For The Hain Celestial Group’s Garden Veggie Snacks, we developed the Title, Bullets, Product Description, Product Images, and A+ Content you see on the page for Amazon. Our goal was to highlight their unique selling points while also bringing their vibrant brand to life on Amazon.

  • Rich Visual Storytelling: We designed eye-catching, benefit-focused imagery that showcased the product’s core features. It was key to incorporate eye-catching colors that matched their website and packaging while utilizing the brand-provided lifestyle imagery where appropriate.
  • Optimized Title, Product Description, and Bullets: Leveraging retailer-specific keyword research, we crafted compelling and consumer-centric copy that highlighted key benefits like flavor variety and important ingredient information. It was crucial to make the copy keyword-dense while also telling a cohesive product story.
  • A+ Content: We utilized five modules to create a dynamic and flowing layout. To go along with the way a shopper scrolls, each module’s visuals connect seamlessly. We made sure to include a cross-sell module because Garden Veggie Snacks has such a rich line of products with several amazing flavors.

For Thomas’ products on Amazon and Walmart, we developed the A+/Enhanced Content to translate a well-loved brand into a compelling digital experience.

  • Clean, Brand-Centric Design: We developed Enhanced Content that honored Thomas’ classic colors while focusing on a more modern layout.
  • Show Off the Product: Everybody knows what an English muffin looks like, so it was important to highlight the product with other ingredients across the modules. Including these enticing images of the product gives shoppers a new outlook on English muffins.
  • Cross-Platform Consistency: We ensured that branding, messaging, and imagery were cohesive across both Amazon and Walmart to deliver a seamless customer journey.

What we developed for Garden Veggie Snacks and Thomas not only enhanced the eCommerce presence of these incredible brands but also improved the online shopping experience for consumers.
